Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales management or related role
- Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and forecasting purposes
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Previous experience in retail management or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry is preferred
- Ability to negotiate prices and contracts with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
