We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a back office administration role, involving basic office consultations and communication with our valued members.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurate data input and maintenance.
• Organize digital and physical documents.
• Phone & Support: Answer calls professionally.
• Assist callers and relay messages.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of strong time management skills, enabling efficient multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment, such as email platforms, chat systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred, demonstrating a successful history of accomplishment.

Current hours for role. Monday to Friday 5 hours per day between 8am-5pm, some flexibility available.
