We are looking for a Mail Clerk to process and distribute all resident and guest incoming and outgoing mail.

JOB DUTIES

* Check arrival, departure and "who's here" report to process mail correctly.

* Ensure files are accurately maintained.

* Receive mail from mail delivery truck on a daily basis; distributes mail appropriately.

* Process all certified, registered and returning mail.

* Handle all calls regarding mail.

* Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

* High School Diploma or GED

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Ability to work well with others inside as well as outside the company

* Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
