Olga's Express Team is looking for individuals to work as a carry-out/to-go team in order to make sure orders come out perfect!

Responsibilities:

• Help guests who are picking up orders placed online, or over the phone.
• Take orders over the phone.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
• Assist customers with placing orders online or in store.
• Enter orders into a POS System.
• Adhere to attire and hygiene guidelines.
• Learn the Olga's menu.
• Package Orders.
• Be respectful and understanding to guests and customers with questions/issues.
• Review orders with the customer when picking up, confirming everything is there.
• Manage a cash drawer.
