ABOUT THE SUNSHINE ACADEMY We believe each child is uniquely prepared, eager to learn and full of potential. Supported by the Montana Early Learning Standards while encompassing Christian values, our program offers an ideal combination of hands-on learning and guided lessons that support growth while capitalizing on the interest of the children. We are searching for an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher (ECAT) who is eager to learn our business and brings a strong dependable skill set and fresh perspective to the organization. The ECAT who joins our team will have core competencies in reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and communication. This person will help us uphold The Sunshine Academy’s pillars of excellence by creating a Safe, Nurturing, Reliable, Positive and Enriching environment.

Our new center is projected to open June 3rd. This position will start before our opening to include onboarding and training opportunities.
