POSITIONS: SPECIAL NEEDS PARAEDUCATOR (SNP) / Elementary

SALARY: Range 24 (Step B - $19.44 to Step G - $24.24)

Sick leave, paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, CalPERS Retirement

HOURS: Monday through Friday – 6.5 Hours per work day
195 days (184 word days 11 paid holidays)

QUALIFICATIONS: Complete job description available at the District Office or online.

● One year in any combination of training, education, and experience with students who are severely handicapped and/or emotionally disturbed and/or have behavioral needs.

● Must pass professional aide test with 70% accuracy or be
NCLB Compliant with 48 college semester units

● Bilingual Desirable
● Must pass DOJ Fingerprint Clearance
● TB Clearance required prior to working
● Valid California Driver License
● Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
