A Complimentary Attendant (or Breakfast Attendant) is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the breakfast buffet while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Adhere to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.

• Comply at all times with North Star Lodging Management and Marriott International standards for appearance, service delivery, punctuality and safety at all times.

• Be at all times attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and all other associates.

• Deliver exceptional customer service for all guests during their stay.

• Execute the daily menu of food and beverage offerings for the guests at high standards, including all preparation, cleaning, storing, serving, and disposal methods per company policies.

• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly food and beverage inventories.

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization levels per brand and company policies.

• Perform any other duty as required by management.
