Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within our catering and hospitality company.

Duties:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils

- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of garbage area

- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas during peak times

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
