Perform thorough on-site inspections of property claims within your designated territory, ensuring precise assessments.
Oversee property claims from inception to resolution, executing comprehensive investigations to ensure accurate evaluations.
Leverage Xactimate to prepare detailed estimates for property damages, ensuring all relevant factors are considered.
Deliver exceptional client service, addressing inquiries promptly and facilitating a seamless claims experience.
Maintain meticulous records of inspections, communications, and claims progression to support an efficient workflow.
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience as an onsite Property Adjuster, with a preference for candidates from insurance carriers.
Proficiency in Xactimate for claims and estimate preparation.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven history of outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with drone technology for property inspections is a plus.
Understanding of construction practices and terminology is advantageous.
Qualifications
Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Fargo/Moorhead area.
Relevant experience in the field of insurance is preferred.
