Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Skilled in catheterization of female client, or eager to learn
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment, as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, as needed
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings, as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred
- Familiarity with assisting individuals with various medical conditions and disabilities
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.61 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
