Medical Office Coordinator Hours
· Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm
· Hybrid Opportunity– onsite required Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Medical Office Coordinator Compensation
Medical Office Coordinator Responsibilities
· The Medical Staff Office Senior Coordinator has primary responsibility for the non-clinical aspects of physician operations
· Support provider onboarding by ensuring Collaborative Practice Agreements and/or prescriptive authority documents are fully executed, filed, and maintained as applicable.
· Utilize the MDStaff database to record pertinent information
· Assist in various projects
· Participates in other departmental activities as assigned
Medical Office Coordinator Requirements
· Verifiable High School diploma or GED required
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, complex administrative environment.
· Project management experience
