Job Responsibilities
Healthcare Billing Specialist Job Responsibilities
- Verify and process insurance claims related to Vision Therapy services, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Handle billing procedures, including invoicing and reconciling accounts, to ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Assist patients with inquiries about insurance coverage, appointments, and any financial concerns related to their Vision Therapy treatment.
- Maintain a well-organized database of patient information, billing records, and insurance details.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- AA or BA/BS desired
- Skilled with Microsoft Office
- Skilled with Google Drive platforms
- Strong collaboration skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to set priorities and ensure commitments/deadlines are met.
- Familiarity with vision therapy
- Some in-city travel required.
