Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Professional Development Manager.

You will manage team member development and compliance. You will also ensure standard operating procedures are being followed.

What you will do:

• Research and understand team member’s goals and career path
• Tailor, create, propose, and assist in team member development programs
• Oversee internal report cases on team member actions and performance
• Create unique training programs for team members on a case-by-case basis
• Collaborate, coordinate, and create training materials, programs, and courses
• Research, collaborate, create, implement, and audit managerial standard operating procedures
• Collaborate on and update policies as needed
• Keep yourself updated on current goods manufacturing practices and corrective and preventative actions

What you must bring:

• Proficiency with computers and technology
• 1 years of experience using Google Workspace or equivalent

Pay: $50,000 to $55,000 salary Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
