Tire Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.25 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:30am to 06:00pm)
- Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing all types of tires from passenger, light trucks, and large trucks to industrial.
- Load and unload stock and assist with physical inventory.
- Work with tire TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System)
- Participates in training, and follows safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Repetitive and sustained exertions, forceful exertions, awkward postures, mechanical stress concentrations, vibrations.
Tire Technician Qualifications:
- Experience with tire mounting and balancing preferred, but not required.
- Customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds. Must be able to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance.
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
- Valid Driver's license
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
