Description:
- Reviewing loans for changes
- Work through guidelines with loans that are in-between final approval and closing
- Calculating income, review assets
- Review appraisals
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a loan processor
- Experience with (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo Loans)
- Experience with large deposits, working with incomes, bank statements
Shift: (100% in-office)
Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM
