We are seeking a full time Patient Coordinator/Receptionist to provide quality customer service in a clean and professional work environment. Duties will include: greeting and scheduling patients, billing and claims processing, accepting and recording payments, making reminder calls to existing patients, and reviewing pretreatment estimates with patients The ideal candidate will have: a minimum of 3 years dental reception and billing experience, excellent communication and telephone skills, computer literacy with scheduling and billing, basic knowledge of insurance and payment processing, and knowledge of dental software-experience with Dentrix is a plus. Attention to detail and established organization skills are necessary to succeed in this postition as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
