Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is Hiring a Recruiting Specialist Near Canonsburg, PA
Duties to include but not limited to:
Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and programs.
Assist with ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Oversee employee onboarding, screenings and orientation
Qualifications:
1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing/ industrial setting
HS Diploma/ GED
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive candidate acquisition to successful completion.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, ADP, Paycom (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Monday through Friday; 7am to 4pm - Awesome office, team and location! You'll feel like your at home!
Pay: $19-20 and hour DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per year
