Job Description
Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance for the entire organization, ensuring compliance with AS 9100 standards.
- Lead the Quality Department, managing resources to meet departmental and business objectives.
- Monitor product and process quality, reporting on performance.
- Conduct equipment calibration and QC inspector training.
- Address non-conformities and approve suppliers.
- Manage production process changes and digital product data.
- Handle NCRs in Simpletrak and release products for delivery.
- Manage internal and external findings, including audits.
- Understand blueprints and manage certification audits.
- CMM background preferred.
