Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking an experienced Caf Manager to help us grow our business. The Cafe manager will gain experience managing both FOH and BOH, learn the ins and out of fast-casual, and will get to work on a supportive team!
- Manage a team of Cafe attendants upholding core values and high quality hospitality.
- Build out and communicate weekly schedules to the Cafe team. Including the onboarding and training of new team members including levels of service, menu training, and POS systems.
- Host quarterly department meetings with your team of Cafe attendants.
- Support the Food and Beverage Director with inventory and product rotation, item pricing, BEO's for upcoming events, and other admin tasks.
- Set grab and go items to create a well designed display.
- Work with the BOH team on ensuring a high quality experience for members.
- Two years of fast-casual or full-service experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team with an attitude of mutual respect
- Skilled in developing and maintaining guest rapport through interaction
- High-energy and polished
- Guest-focused approach to floor management
- Experienced in leading and managing an hourly team
- A keen eye for cleanliness
- Prioritizes organization
- Loves interacting with people
- Hospitality Degree is a plus.
Compensation based upon experience.
