Responsibilities:

• Support Store manager in daily business operations
• Assume store manager duties in their absence
• Responsible for the growth and development of the store team alongside the Store Manager
• Drive customer service Excellence on the salesfloor
• Meet and exceed personal and store goals
• Maintain integrity of store product, inventory, and store maintenance
• Lead by example by providing consistent direction and ensure the success of the team
• Be helpful and have fun!

Compensation:

• $16-19 per hour
• Supplemental commission opportunities
• Additional bonuses and contests to make more money and have even more fun!
