Provide a governance structure to proactively identify interdependencies, risks, resource constraints and program impediments so that these issues can be quickly addressed or escalated as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Drive automation / standardization of project execution and status read-outs.Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the adoption and management of program implementation in accordance with the company’s product lifecycle management framework. Foster alignment between projects and comprehensive launch strategies for new product capabilities, including geographic scope, precise timing, and effective ramp-ups. Lead planning efforts and cadences to create consolidated release/program roadmaps, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise planning objectives.Enterprise Governance: Establish and/or maintain enterprise project/program management methodologies, including processes, engagement rules, tools, metrics, and policies to optimize resource allocation, project timelines, and funding utilization.
