Rate: up to $68 an hour/ DOE

Location: 5 days a week onsite in Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 1 year

Our client, a well-known Fortune 50 corporation, has a need for a Multimedia Designer with experience designing instructional content for a 1 year, 40 hour a week contract! This role does require 5 days a week onsite in the Sunnyvale office.

Multimedia Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content to be used for instructional materials and content.
• Create multimedia components including design, animation, and some 3D modeling for different instructional channels.
• Write and edit instructional content for courses and materials.
• Make edits and tweaks to existing content or bring the materials up to date.
• Develop fresh and new static and animated content.
• Work in a collaborative environment to develop instructional content that aligns with the needs of accessibility, usability, and training briefs.
• Work on multiple projects on various timeframes and work independently on certain projects.
• Bring new ideas or changes forward for team approval.

Multimedia Designer Requirements:

• 5 years' experience designing instructional materials and content within corporate environments.
• Ample experience working effectively across orgs in cross-functional roles.
• Portfolio showcasing the more creative edge of instructional content/ multimedia development.
• 5 years' experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Pages and Keynote.
• Any experience writing technical materials is highly sought after.
