Lead and empower a team of recruiters to attract and place top talent, fulfilling our evolving staffing needs. Works with Recruiting Manager to develop strategic recruitment initiatives, guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview process, and ensure successful outcomes for both the company and future team members. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing ideal candidate profiles to negotiating competitive offers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Supervise/manage a department and have input towards hiring/firing/performance decisions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or other related field, and six (6) to eight (8) years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experiences.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Occasional travel and overnight stay may be required.
