Description
Everi is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler will be responsible for executing various physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What Will You Be Doing?
•Executes physical or administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
•Responsible for unpacking and inspecting received goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
•Actively handles materials in various areas including receiving, stocking, kitting, shipping, and production support.
•Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems.
•Performs a variety of routing and material handling duties to meet production, shipping, receiving schedules.
•Responsible for picking up and delivering material(s) within and outside the company.
•Customarily and regularly monitors the flow of materials and parts between departments to meet schedule commitments.
•Executes routine ERP transactions.
•Customarily and regularly prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, posts weights and shipping charges, and prepares goods for final shipment.
•Loads and unloads multiple products and deliveries.
•Works closely with various departments to ensure all documents are attached within the system to maintain records.
•Maintains a safe work environment by working safely, following current safety rules, and maintaining a clean work area.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
•High School Diploma required.
•Combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
•Forklift Certified.
•General knowledge and experience with material / part types, functions, and associated handling requirements.
•Experience performing administrative tasks associated with shipments, including purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading and material inspections. Quickbooks experience a plus!
•Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand long periods.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour and is overtime eligible.
