The Role:
As the Transitional Residential Program Coordinator you will oversee residential service programs, ensuring compliance with NH State certification standards. Manage client care, foster supportive environments for personal goals, facilitate regulatory compliance, ensure residence safety, coordinate maintenance, and actively participate in meetings and events. Additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications include a relevant degree, experience in residential program management, familiarity with NH State regulations, strong interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
What we're looking for:
•Associates Degree in Human Services (or working towards degree) or a related field, or at least two years experience in delivery of residential services or human services related program
•Experience working in a non-profit environment preferred but not required
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
•Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
