Description
Arbors Management Inc. has a full-time opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician. Skills needed include intermediate abilities in Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting and Groundskeeping / Custodial. Prefer 3 years of experience in a similar role. $24.00 per hour to start. This position includes benefits after 60-days (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Holidays, PTO and more). Daylight hours Monday-Friday with shared on-call for emergencies. Must have a driver's license and vehicle and pass pre-employment drug and background check.
