About the role

Commerce Clerks handle the scanning and processing of all applicable unused mail-in postage requests, mail sorting and processing, promo postage, payment updates and processing, as well as any critical Commerce on-site function such as daily payment files encryption, audits, secure mail filing and etc..

About the Team

The Customer Support Department has a mission critical task in not only meeting our customer's needs but doing so in the most professional and friendly manner possible. We are the mailing and shipping experts within our company and within our industry. We take extraordinary care of our customers by solving their challenges efficiently and accurately. We share customer insights throughout the organization and help drive positive and meaningful changes. The Misprints team processes mail-in misprint requests for our customers in order to ensure that all unused postage values requested appropriately are credited back to the customer's meter.

What will you be doing?

• Reviewing and taking action as needed for all internal and external requests and ensuring accuracy.
• Facilitate training for any tasks within the Misprint team as needed.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team handling a variety of tasks.
• Communicating with other stakeholders as needed to ensure that all requests are handled and communicated accordingly.
• Assisting with other Commerce team projects as needed.
• Exceptional attendance to aid in maintaining all SLA's.
• Processing daily unused mail-in postage requests.
• Scanning promo postcards for postage credits.
• Mail opening, sorting, processing, and secure filing.
• Decrypting/Encrypting daily payment files.
• Issuing outbound calls to customers for further review on submitted claims.
• Responding to team emails and pulling claims when requested.
• Monthly audits - Pulling samples, making copies/scanning, packaging, and shipping.
• Work on occasional projects as they come.

What are we looking for?

• Must have been with the Customer Support team for a minimum of 6 months
• Must be process and detail oriented
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong attendance history
• Sound organizational skills
• Sound time management skills

Required Education and/or Experience

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience

The Tech

• Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and SQL is a plus
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Google Docs
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience in navigating multiple internal and external tools daily
