Schedule Mon. 8 AM - 4:30 PM Tues.7:30 AM - 4 PM Wed.8 AM - 3:30 PM Thurs. 7:30 AM - 3 PM Fri. 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Overview Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Site Manager will be responsible for all the staff and operations within their assigned location(s). Most Site Managers are responsible for two locations. Work closely with the other Mobile Health Site Managers to ensure that all sites are properly staffed and operating smoothly
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
  • Direct managerial responsibility for oversight and supervision of including recruiting, training, and management of staff including receptionists, matrons, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses and clinicians (NP's).
  • Review key performance indicators, current workflows, productivity and service quality expectations and will analyze, assess and identify process improvement opportunities, assist in implementing change, and coordinate activities to obtain expected results and meet targeted performance metrics.
  • Assist with coordination, planning, implementation and follow-up of the top priorities for the organization and will provide strategic support to the leadership team to achieve initiatives and special projects.
  • Coordination and management of staff schedules. Monitor employee annual accruals and PTO.
  • Resolution of all patient and client concerns that occur at the facility. Maintenance of adequate inventory levels to support patient services.
  • Facility upkeep and maintenance.
  • Implementation and management of cost controls.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings to convey new policies, procedures, and relevant changes.
  • Collaborate with fellow Site Managers on ways to improve patient flow, efficiency, and customer service. Maintenance of adequate inventory levels to support patient services. Ensuring excellence at your locations - clinically and customer service.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Any other duties as directed by Management
Experience & Education
  • Current RN License granted by the New York State Department of Education required.
  • Have a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience managing a diverse staff. Have experience running a medical practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player, willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and standards Ability to accurately review and complete detail-oriented information and projects.
  • Ability to conceptualize and organize complex projects and planning processes.
  • The ability to look at situations logically and analytically.
  • Strong computer skills Experience mentoring and leading a staff during a period of organizational change.
  • Proficiency in designing and redesigning workflows
  • Experience in occupational health and/or primary care (not required, but a plus)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus (not required)
  • Current BLS or ACLS certification, either by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current Infection Control Certificate
Salary: $100,000 - $112,000 per year
