GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
One of the primary means to achieve this is to develop a highly effective team of employees and developing each employee to their highest potential through coaching and leadership. Responsible for ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. The overall responsibility of the AVP Compliance is to oversee the coordination and workflow of Compliance Operations as well as BSA/Security and Fraud Operations. This is accomplished through ensuring that staff is in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
