Job Summary The HOME Spun Boutique Sales Associate will perform all tasks to open, close boutique, serve customers and complete sales transactions in order to contribute to the financial and operational success of the boutique . Given adequate training and ongoing support using a supportive employment framework , the associate will: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Associate will serve customers and manage HOME Spun Boutique (HSB) inventory: Work with volunteers and interns to ensure flow of donations through sorting and out to sales floor; Organize and prioritize daily tasks in consultation with supervisor Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Basic math skills (add, subtract, conceptualize percent discount; Basic computer knowledge and terminology; Preferred Qualifications physical requirements Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand up to 5 hours
