Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications. This position requires knowledge of plastics injection molding, mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine materials required and assembly instructions
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently using hand tools and power tools
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required specifications
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in plastics injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

1st Shift: 19.50/Hour - Mon - Thursday - 4am to 2:30 or 4:30am to 3pm
2nd Shift: $21.30/Hour - Mon - Thursday - 3:30pm to 2am
Weekend Shift: $24.54/Hour - Friday - Sun - 6am to 6:30pm
