With over twelve years serving the southern California area’s mechanical needs, Paradigm wants to build a team to continue expanding our footprint.

A day in the life of our Estimator:

• Visit jobsites, client offices, participate in industry networking events
• Attend job walks, pre bid meetings
• Meet with clients, establish relationships
• Review Plans and Specifications, Material Take Offs
• Obtain vendor and subcontractor quotes
• Assemble estimate, prepare, and present proposals to new and existing prospects and maintain follow-up file.
• Promote HVAC Service and Maintenance Contracts, Special Projects

How Paradigm will support you in this role:

• Operations team available for bid/proposal reviews to ensure best costing and strategic approach.
• Provide well trained, professional field staff.
• Office/Administrative support including marketing/bid coordinator for completing bid documents and attending industry events.
• Solid vendor/subcontractor relationships with excellent payment history
• Continuous development and training opportunities.

Our offer package will include:

• Competitive Salary, range $90,000 - $120,000.
• Company vehicle or Auto Allowance.
• Investment in our 401(k) Plan including profit sharing opportunities.
• Paradigm pays 100% employee health , dependent coverage can be added through a payroll deduction. Paradigm offers a “Choice” plan to include Sharp, Kaiser, Scripps. Paradigm also participates in group dental and vision that can be purchased for a minimal cost. The company also provides limited disability coverage.
