Key Factors:

Reports to Chief Human Resources Officer

Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Effective leadership, management, and coaching skills; excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills to effectively communicate across all organizational levels

Responsibilities Regional Human Resource Director:

Implement organizational human resources policies and standards governing recruiting and onboarding

Training and career development

Employee relations

Identify trends and benchmarks for industry performance

Create and manage talent review processes, tools, and metrics to be utilized in conjunction with performance management, succession planning, career management, etc.
