The Licensed Counselor- Adult Outpatient delivers high-quality and transparent clinical mental health services to fulfill the needs of Diversus Health's clients. Services include...

• Comprehensive evaluation of social, emotional, and psychiatric history/diagnosis
• Treatment and safety planning
• Determining the appropriate level of care,
• Establishing connections with necessary resources, and facilitating admission to suitable inpatient facilities when needed.
• Additionally, active engagement is maintained with crisis hotlines, schools, community partners, first responders, and hospital emergency departments.

Qualifications:

• Licensed, in good standing, in the State of Colorado in a counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
• Must have sufficient language skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to accurately and professionally implement and document the services provided to clients
• Must be able to perform and understand active listening, ethical conduct, social perception, service orientation, complex problem-solving, writing, monitoring, judgment and decision-making skills
• Experience working therapeutically with children and families
• Experience using various treatment modalities appropriate for children and families, utilizing strength-based therapeutic approaches
• Experience working in a team environment
