Responsibilities

• Hands on leadership of team providing tier 1 & 2 support for all remote and onsite users
• Automate enterprise systems for scaling
• Manage asset procurement, storage, configuration for user hardware and network
• Advise and support on development and improvement of IT systems, networks, software, hardware, IT policies, and security
• Manage the relationship with 3rd party consultants/vendors and tactically manage all IT-related issues
• Assist in resolution and support for issues related to IT systems, networks, software, hardware, and security
• Manage and track the distribution of all IT assets to employees, contractors or other 3rd parties providing data to Corporate Finance as needed
• Ensure perfect Installation of computer peripherals and applications for users and excellent assistance for users with all systems use
• Prepare computers for first-time use by new and visiting employees
• Manage call center infrastructure for effective and efficient usage
• Maintain office conferencing, and AV systems and coordinate the distribution of phone sets as well as the installation of new equipment, systems, etc
• Support development of IT and network-security practices and policies as well as employee compliance with such practices and policies
• Recommend and lead implementation of new internal tools to improve efficiencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in IT Management
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux & MacOS.
• Robust knowledge of and experience withG-suite and MS Office products
• Basic network & TCP/IP understanding
• Fortinet, QNAPP, VMware experience desired
• Telephony and contact center experience
• Experience evaluating and implementing new workflow tools, procurement, erp, etc.
• Experience with Atlassian products and SFDC
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
