Professional Services Manager
Position Description
The Manager of Professional Services leads a team of Menu/Operations and Onboarding Specialists who care for PAR's customers, serving as consultants for their internal teams. The ideal person for this role must be creative, ambitious, and eager to be part of ongoing transformation. They will collaborate with other PAR teams to address issues that reside within our technology stack which spans multiple products. This individual can lead a great team inspiring them to grow professionally, expand product expertise and develop customer empathy. You know what it takes to deliver services to the hospitality industry which is based on service excellence. The professional services provided by your team are consultation and performing of operational programming, configuration, menu management, and pricing for PAR products with focus on the Brink POS and MENU digital platform.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $118,000USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.
The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
