**Customer Support Advisor**

Service Indianapolis, Indiana Reports to: Director of Product Support

Job Summary: The Customer Support Advisor is responsible for customers' equipment experience after the sale. Beginning at the time of sale through the life of the equipment, the CSA will promote the services and products in place that best serve the customer. Create Connections with the customer base through promotion of Parts, Service, Training, Preventative Maintenance programs, Aftersales Products, Refurbishments, and Equipment Rentals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

- *Exceed customer expectations* with timeliness, accuracy, and integrity.

- *Grow revenues* by penetrating new accounts and increasing sales with existing accounts.*

- *Become a partner* with the customer and identify solutions to support the customers business proposition.

- *Know what youre selling* - the features and benefits of the goods and services sold by Best Equipment product support department and be familiar with the OEMs policies defining warranty.

- *Complete the training* as available for sales reporting, process, and as it relates to equipment.

- *Travel light* and maintain strong expense controls while performing required job functions.

- *Help with collections* of accounts receivables as requested from time to time.

- *Work the hours* as dictated by our customers or (M-F, 7:30am - closing and on occasion Saturdays.)

- *Look the part* and maintain your company uniform and vehicle such that you are a credit to the company.

Qualifications Experience:

* Education:

GED, BS preferred.

* Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales.

Heavy Equipment industry experience preferred.
