Legacy Varin Property Management is Hiring a Property Manager - Multifamily Near Waukesha, WI
- Focus on the needs of the residents, potential residents, and associates.
- Inspect site grounds daily and inspect vacant units.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating staff.
- Maximize income, control expenditures, and maintain financial objectives to meet established goals.
- Able to develop and manage operational budgets to meet property goals and objectives.
- Manage day to day operations, focusing on occupancy, collections, and budgets.
- Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet goals and objectives.
- Work with onsite maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled on an immediate basis, and any delays are properly communicated. Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings, and vendor relations. Continually inspect property and improvements, recording deficiencies and taking the necessary action within budgetary allocations
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a residential Property Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong budget and financial understanding
- Certifications preferred (ARM, CRM)
- YARDI or Entrata software experience preferred.
- Successful track record in marketing and leasing to maintain occupancy.
- Base salary of at least $65,000 with generous bonus opportunities
