Description
Internal Controls / Risk Management Internal Controls (RMIC) (formerly MICP) services or audit remediation and sustainment services for the Department of Defense. Supports the Army Material Command RMIC/OMB A-123 Team. Perform business process risk assessments and design risk-based test procedures. Request and review documentation to identify controls and/or test that controls are in place and functioning. Work effectively in both independent and team environments ensuring all deliverables are met.
Up to 10% Travel Required
Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Internal Controls / Risk Management Internal Controls (RMIC) ((formerly Manager's Internal Control Program (MICP)) services or audit remediation and sustainment services within DoD, Federal Government agency or large company.
• Development of business process risk assessments and design risk-based test procedures.
• Preparation of OMB Circular A-123 assessment documents, kick-off meeting materials, and project plans/timeline.
• Performing end-to-end walkthroughs of business processes, documenting business processes and controls, testing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, and reporting on deficiencies.
• Reviewing documentation to identify controls and/or test that controls are in place and functioning.
• End-to-end walkthroughs of business processes, documenting business processes and controls, testing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, and reporting on deficiencies.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Direct Experience with OSD Advana and/or Army Systems such as GFEBS or LMP
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
