Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Head Custodian to join our team. As the Head Custodian, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and clean environment for our staff and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform a variety of custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Train and supervise custodial staff members
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and waxing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills for interacting with staff and visitors
