Position Summary
The Hiring Manager/Recruiter position is a pivotal role in the foundation of what we believe in; acquiring talented individuals to provide opportunity to. You will be responsible for screening candidates who have applied over the phone and scheduling them for interviews. You will also be responsible for conducting first round interviews for up to three sales departments, both virtually and in person for our North and South Jersey markets. You will decide if the candidate is qualified to be pushed through to the second stage of the interview process, where they would meet with a hiring manager that oversees the sales department they are being considered for. Compensation offered is a weekly hourly rate plus commission on your individual production. All training for this position is paid and onsite. Previous experience isn’t required, but will be considered if you have it.
