Position Summary

The Hiring Manager/Recruiter position is a pivotal role in the foundation of what we believe in; acquiring talented individuals to provide opportunity to. You will be responsible for screening candidates who have applied over the phone and scheduling them for interviews. You will also be responsible for conducting first round interviews for up to three sales departments, both virtually and in person for our North and South Jersey markets. You will decide if the candidate is qualified to be pushed through to the second stage of the interview process, where they would meet with a hiring manager that oversees the sales department they are being considered for. Compensation offered is a weekly hourly rate plus commission on your individual production. All training for this position is paid and onsite. Previous experience isn’t required, but will be considered if you have it.

What you Will Do:

• Review applicant resumes
• Conduct a phone screen for qualified candidates
• Schedule candidates for their 1st/2nd round interviews
• Conduct 1st round interviews for three of our sales departments
• Decide if the candidate is qualified to progress through the interview process
• Receive top tier training on running interviews and recruiting

Requirements for the Role:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work from our North and South Jersey office
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to work independently
• Student mentality
• Experience in customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous interviewing experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
