Immediate Hiring Need for a Full Time 

Wire/EDM Field Service Technician

100% Travel Monday-Friday

We are looking for a career minded technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who has the ability to travel Monday-Friday in a 100% travel position to troubleshoot complex technical issues on industrial machining equipment. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and perform on-site repair at customers location
• Dismantling and rebuilding machines as needed.
• Read and interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems
• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Document in detail product problems and resolutions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience with troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive travel necessary, current valid drivers’ license required
• Ability to use Voltmeter, Multimeter, Micrometers, Calipers and Oscilloscope 

Not Required But Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

• CNC programming skills
• 2 year Technical Degree, or experience equivalent
• Military experience
