Overview

To be a direct supervisor of the engineering department and assist the Area Director in operations and day to day business.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages day to day tasks and assignments
• Assigns and checks guest room and public area PMs
• Creates weekly schedule
• Completes weekly payroll
• Approves PTO requests
• Assists with HR
• Does purchasing and inventory
• Assists with budgeting and finances

• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook, Opera, Profit Sword, One Source, SafLok)
• Strong communication skills within and outside of the engineering department
• Strong organizational skills
• Building and operational knowledge
• HVAC/Electrical Certification Preferred 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Five years’ experience in hospitality/ facilities maintenance is preferred

• Trade school, or related experience preferred.
