Accounts Payable Specialist – Full Time

We are looking for a new addition to our Finance Team! Our Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for all invoices processed for our three campuses of Living Branches! You’ll oversee invoicing, vendor management, and ensure all invoices are paid on time! We’re looking for a great communicator to support all departments!
Accounts Payable Specialist Overview:
- Oversees all invoices processed through accounts payable timely and accurately
- Prepares and reviews all reports and documents for weekly check runs
- Administrates and supervises the Online AP approval system (Papersave/Pairsoft)
- Communicates with vendors in reference to their accounts. Responds to inquiries from vendors about invoice payment and coding. Researches and resolves any discrepancies in payments and vendor billings.
- 2-4 years of work experience performing accounts payable duties (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is required
- Great communication skills and ability to effectively interact with our team & vendors
- Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on resident and customer satisfaction
