About the Restaurant Server position

Our Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server to join our company on or around April 1st 2024. We are revamping and looking for friendly, positive, hospitable people to help us deliver great each and every guest a fantastic, positive, memorable experience.

Restaurant Server responsibilities are:

• Ensuring that utensils, tables, etc. are tidy for approaching guests

• Attending to customers' needs

• Providing customers with menu

• Issuing bills and collecting payments

• Handling customer complaints

• Being customer-friendly

Restaurant Server requirements are:

• Experience as a Restaurant Server

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of the hospitality industry

• Trustworthy

• Good communication skills

• High school diploma/Certificate
