Anthem Broadband is Hiring a Customer Relations Specialist Near UNKNOWN, ID

Position Summary:

Provide a needs-based analysis for every customer to present a variety of customized product options quickly and thoroughly. Represent Anthem Broadband in an honest, helpful, genuine, and professional manner while interacting directly or indirectly with customers. Always seek opportunities to present our services to potential customers. This position has the potential to move into a lead position.

Pay Range:

  • $19.00 an hour for the first 30 days
  • $15.00 an hour commissions after 30 days

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Passionately driven to provide customers with internet and security for their home or business that meets their needs and budget.
  • Enthusiastic accountability to exceed individual daily, weekly, annual sales goals while contributing to overall team growth.
  • Efficiently and quickly build rapport with potential customers in order to close sales from both warm inbound transfers and strategically placed outbound calls.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products, services, and prices.
  • Accurately navigate multiple databases for sales processing and customer tracking.
  • Strong understanding of innovative sales tactics and strategies.
  • Confident, adaptable communicator able to effectively transition from presentation to close while building rapport and providing outstanding customer service every time.

  • Actively listen to understand customer need and identify personality.
  • Quickly adapt product presentation to the customer need and personality.

IMPACT:

  • Enthusiasm to achieve individual sales goals with drive competition and passion while contributing to team culture and companies’ overall success.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of proven successful sales experience
  • Advanced computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Bi-lingual
