Wingate Companies, a National Property Management company, is seeking an ambitious Janitorial/Maintenance person who is a self starter to perform janitorial and light maintenance services at a 97 unit apartment community in Methuen, MA. MUST live in Methuen or within 30 minutes of property and have reliable transportation. MUST be able to pass a criminal background check. Duties include cleaning and maintaining of common areas, vacant unit turnovers, snow removal, etc.. Job requires some heavy lifting, shoveling, and other physical requirements. Rotating on-call required.

3 weeks vacation for first full year!

Full time with great benefits. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license in good standing.
