WFMS is Hiring a Property Coordinator Near Dunn, NC
Property Coordinator needed for a property management company in Dunn, NC. Prefer experience with HUD 202 PRAC & 202/8 properties. Responsibilities include processing monthly close-outs, reserve requests, special claims, security deposit dispositions, etc. Yardi Breeze experience is helpful. Knowledge of HUD 4350.3 helpful. Some travel required. Proven customer support, ability to handle confidential information, and professional presentation. Must be able to work in a fast-paced office. Competitive salary & benefits.
