RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with Finance Managers and Accounting to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all deals. 
• Package car deals, make appropriate copies of doucments and send correct financial institution. 
• Review documents from vehicle sales for compliance completion
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgencey for all tasks. 

COMPENSATION:

$16.00/hr. 

Qualifications

Required:

• Must have previous customer service experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent phone and in person communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to compose clear and concise correspondence regarding the relevant subject matter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive industry.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
