ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
■ Develop and take action to meet daily rental sales and utilization objectives.
■ Be alert to rental market trends, competitive activities, and rates.
■ Supervise release and return of rental units by customers.
■ Handle customer complaints effectively.
■ Cooperate with the service manager in providing service rental units if dealership policy.
■ Recruit, interview, hire, train or dismiss rental personnel, as needed.
■ Supervise cleaning and maintenance of the rental units, so that they remain effective
“paid demonstrators”.
■ Establish safeguards to protect rental property and rental vehicles.
■ Take daily physical inventories of rental units.
■ Review documents related to rentals to assure they are complete and properly executed.
■ Complete rental agreement on return of units and collect proper charge from custom

■ Follow up overdue vehicles quickly.

■ Report accidents to insurance source promptly.
■ Prepare departmental reports and maintain customer file and other records as
needed.
■ Maintain close control over departmental costs.
■ Evaluate operating performance as reflected by the Daily Operating Control, other
business controls, and take actions as required.
■ Analyze rental operation and revise as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
